The first thing to do once you fork over your 1000 yen to see the castle is to see The Um Drum. It's apparently "the world's biggest drum with 3 tons in weight and 2.4 meters in diameter." For just 300 yen ($3) you can "bang" the Um Drum. So of course, we did!
